Ethiopian Yirgacheffe "Chelba"

This coffee is wet processed at the Chelba mill using mountain water from the Chelba river, before being sun-dried on raised beds. Espresso drinkers will love its rich smoothness. It has an excellent level of acidity with toffee and cinnamon flavours. Adding milk produces a rich, creamy texture with delicate flavours of toffee and cinnamon and a lovely, smooth finish.
