Nicaragua Honey Carlos Ferrey

Specialty: Medium to Medium-strong
This honey processed coffee comes from central Nicaragua, in the mountain range called “Isabelia”. It comes from the Zaragoza Farm which is owned by Carlos Ferrey. As a black coffee, it has flavours of malt and dark chocolate with a good level of acidity and lingering taste. The honey processing is accentuated in milk and great sweetness with soft almond and honeycomb flavours.
