From NE Tanzania, near the volcanic mountain of Meru, this coffee is washed and fermented overnight before being sun dried on raised beds for 9-12 days. Milk based coffees drinkers will love the smooth and creamy texture and a wonderful jersey caramel like flavour. Black coffee drinkers will find a well balanced, smooth coffee with an initial delicate tang that dissipates to a lingering dark chocolate flavour.
