All mail orders are on an 'at cost' basis including postage/carrier costs and the packaging materials.
Current costs and delivery times are:
- Canberra and Queanbeyan Area - Free Delivery - Minimum Order - 2Kg - Regular delivery day is Wednesday. To ensure delivery please submit your order by midday Tuesday (see our local area delivery form).
- Areas other than Canberra and Queanbeyan - at current Australia Post Rates . Click here to go to the Australia Post site to calculate the costs of the freight for your order.
- We have recently experienced some delivery difficulties and excess freight costs to some regional areas. Accordingly there may be some locations to which we will no longer despatch coffee packs. We will inform you by email if this is the case.
The most economical postage rate is using an Australia Post prepaid satchel (3kg or 5kg).
The 3kg satchel can fit a maximum 2kg of packaged coffee.
The 5kg satchel can fit a maximum 4kg of packaged coffee.
