Payment

YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. Please ignore the automated wording that asks for prepayment. You can pay with credit card over the phone. If you choose EFT, please refer to the banking details at the bottom of the invoice that is sent with your order.

Shipping

Mail orders are sent in postal satchels ($10 regular post, $13 express post) we can fit 6 x 250g bags, 4 x 500g bags or 2 x 1kg bags. Larger orders are placed in a box or a 5kg satchel ($14 regular post, $20 express post).

Canberra customers: For orders of $65 or more, we offer free delivery, each Wednesday. For orders under $65 there is a $7 delivery fee. Just have your order to us by midday on Tuesday.
