This Colombian coffee is Swiss Water Processed - decaffeinated using water and carbon filters. It is fantastic in milk based drinks as it is soft, smooth, sweet and well balanced with flavours of vanilla shortbread. A black coffee has soft citrus acidity with flavour notes of treacle, and a smooth finish.
